One of the best casinos i have ever played. The same is true for its sistercasinos. Was the best gambling experience i have ever had. Unfortunatelly since the big german changes not available for german players anymore. The loyalty programm and his lead-manager are/were by far the best in the business on my oppinion. i played at casinoheroes very much in the past it was a pleasant casino whit a nice bonus system and reward system the only point was the bosses which offered chest whit rewards as soon u defeated it, it gave nive rewards but u had not the possibility to withdraw the money thats in u balance because their rewards would be demolished so that was sour , when u finally defeated a boss u could not enjoy the rewards or u should use them and end up whit wagering retirements which sometimes could build up big and end up playing hours after hours and still loose u own money this made me decide to put my hand off the casino and looking for other better terms and bonus condition casino's friendly support and quite fast cashouts no complaints about that at all. nice casino!

Casino Heroes is a very very good casino. The site looks amazing, they got all and really ALL the slots i like. They have very good deposit bonus offers and a loyalty reward program that is really far ahead of everything i know. The support there is perfect and well playing there is fun! Even if you run bad you always end up getting tons of rewards from leveling up and such. The only downside is it is an european site mainly built around serving europeans and as i am canadian the only cashout option was to request to chat a manual cashout. So i played till i get a cash out. They paid me no problem, just that it took 3 full weeks before i see the money. In a world where i can transfer money to everyone instantly from my bank website having to wait 3 weeks to get paid is just not good. It is not really their fault as Canada is not their main target and they been upfront about everything from the start so i knew what i was signing up for all along. So it was a great time and i will probably play there again in the future but only when i will be able to afford waiting 3 weeks for cash out :).

I must say that this casino has an unique level up feature by beat the boss on the battle wheel. The battle wheel contains extra prizes when your character's arrow lands on it but the boss can also steal them back. I won 500 euro extra cash from the battle wheel but unfortunately all prizes you won from the wheel have wagering requirements and it is almost impossible to meet but it was a great way to level up. Withdrawals were processed within 3 hours and thats why I love this casino...and because of their tons of games also of course.
