Pretty poor customer service, support agents in the chat quite useless. Never wanna dime on this site and they really don’t like to give you any free spins regardless of how much you’ve spent.

All ways remember to start verification of your documents right away so you don't have to wait longer than nesercery. The process is slow. That goes for payouts too. When you make your first payout you can expect to wait 7 days. The following should be faster.

As far as RTG casinos go these guys are another one part of a huge group ran by the same people. Pretty terrible odds when I played the welcome bonus. They don't offer instant payouts which is a major no no for me depositing real money.

I sent in my verification documents which were approved and played through a $10 BTC verification deposit which resulted in another $100 BTC payout request. So now I have 2 payout requests pending. One from 10/9 and one from 10/10. I've contacted customer support several times and am told that it's been approved, nothing further is needed, and it can take 2-3 days or 7-10 days or that my payment will be sent out within the next few hours. This place is pretty much the bees knees. It is one of my favorite types of software which is the betonsoft or saucify. It does not make my computer act like a weirdo just by trying to play the instant play on their site.
