Very bad casino, they keep on spamming email with bonuses but you can't actually cashout the money, after first 14 days. Scam I finally beat the insane wager once and it was waste of time.

After that happen I started to get a bunch of emails from my bank that 4 transaction were popping up on my account and they said that it looked suspicious the good thing I always lock my card thank God and my friend started to play and now someone trying to take money out of her account to we don't know who is doing it but it never happened to either one of us to many happen a few days after giving our info again we just think it's them but then I tried email calling they will not respond to me at all I got scammed. I should have did the background check on them before i put in 400$ people be careful they will take all your money someone said that they been telling doing this for a while. Horrible customer service. This casinonis lacking both communication and professionalism. I use to only play their free chip, then decided to deposit. Bad idea! I played, I won and I regret the entire experience. I cashed out $500 on 8/18/24 and I received $48 in bitcoin on 9/13/24. So almost a solid month and this was after their representative initiated a "keyboard war" on the comment section of my review on another site. Apparently since I used a free chip, and my comp points with in the same session my deposit was basically void. Regardless of their T&C I still gave them more money than they gave me in the end and I was completely disrespected the entire waiting period. I received about 15 promises to "let me know" when my withdrawal was approved and I have yet to receive that notification. Not a single congrats, thanks for playing, nada!!! Save yourself the trouble and take your money to a casino that will appreciate your business and hopefully has adult supervision. I reall liked this casino at first! They had different games, and customer service was always right there to help if you needed anything. They seemed to have a good amount of bonuses that you could choose from, some with free spins, others with money. I feel compelled to update my Initial review. I think 1.4 stars was too many. I made a small deposit and ended up winning a little off it. I sent my verification documents in immediately thinking it would maybe be up to a week to get reviewed yet here we are almost 2 weeks later and still have yet to had a response from them. I am actually being told now by customer service that even of you deposit over $250 there is still a 10x cap on winnings. This to me is absurd trickery and should atleast be noted by LCB when reviewing casinos with shady terms like this one. Save your time, do not bother at this casino. I actually went to try out candyland with the no deposit bonus and was pleasantly surprised at what I saw. Although I did not win I noticed they have a few bonuses that seem promising. Looks like they have a $5 minimum deposit that you can even get a $15 bonus on with no max cashout. I'll make a deposit soon and return with an updated review

This site is a straight scam. I’ve tried to withdraw my winning from the site 2 times already. 1st time took almost 2 weeks for them to pay me. This time around it’s taking forever. I made request for withdraw on 6/5/23. It is now 6/20/23 and no one can provide an update on the status of my payout. Only thing they continue to say if “you will receive an email once it’s been processed”. Their payouts state 1-7 days. Never happens. They still haven’t payed me.
