Extremely ambiguous conclusions about this room. I registered, everything seems normal at first glance, I played several tournaments and I have a vague feeling that there are a lot of bots in the room, some players just play inappropriately, strangely. In general, there are tournaments, there are freerolls, but I didn’t like the game in the room, there is no feeling when I want to return to the room
LOVE betonline-not for the normal reasons though. One day about 7 years ago, i had made an Echeck deposit for 100 which ended up bouncing (I had accedently used the account numbers from a recently closed bank account) but before realizing this-I ran that 100 up to 11k lol (all from OG cleopatras gold RTG slot). Now, NORMALLY that means any winnings that originate from an un-collectable deposit would be voided (sites can't let you freeroll them obv!). Once realizing my mistake I took a screen shot of my balance...then closed the site and drank until i forgot about it. Fast forward 5 years. I am going through an old phone and come across the pic of the 11k balance on BetOnline (luckily from the cashier page which also showed my acccount number). I decide to try to log in an my account is frozen. I talk to live support and they make me send in my ID and all that jazz. after i do an am waiting to hear back I ask support rep what the balance is on the account and am told 10k and change. Long story short after some back and fourth i am told the account was closed due to multi accounting (false) I fight them on that and they change it to me owing them 600 from bad deposits (impossible as back then the limit was 100 for echeck deposits per week) I fight them on that as well but they don't budge and say i gotta pay 600 and they will unlock account and i can cash out the balance. I don't trust them and assume they just want me to pay 600 and then will say the balance is voided as it was won with a "bad deposit" (because that is WHAT THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE lol). I end up offering the higher up security rep i eventually got connected to $1000 if he will allow the 600 to be taken from my balance (I literally told him i will send him 1k if he can help get this 10k cashed out to me). I shit you not HE AGREES (he emails me from a personal email account and agrees to my offer). Within 10 minutes I get another email from him-from his work email-telling me I can log in to request cash out lol. I log in, request 10k btc cashout and receive it 10 mins later. I then buy 2 $500 digital gift cards that the guy had requested me to pay him with, and send him his 1k. Been degening online for about 25 years and this was the single most strange/awesome thing that has happened to me lol

I have played here quite a bit and not a fan to be honest. Their minimum bets are set to be much higher than other sites. Some games will allow a small bet but they hardly ever give decent wins. Most of the rest are set to .75 or $1 per spin as a minimum. Their bonuses are lacking to say the least and what they do have come with huge playthroughs that are hard to win. The bonus system is also kind of weird, it has its own tab and it is hard to find. Cashed out once and had a relatively smooth experience with bitcoin payout. They're poker room has really went down hill lately. All their tournaments are now pkos. This used to be my favorite poker site. Their casino however has always been less than desirable. They run some of my least favorite software. There are only a couple betsoft games I ever play. Not only that but they are the only casino who sets most of their games at a $1 bet per spin minimum. I rate this site a .1 because i will admit, that the 2 times i have managed some form of cash out(they were minimal) I received them very quickly (btc).
