i once boasted this group but i had not experienced a cashout until now but actually not me, its my brother doing the cashout and because he played using my computer sometimes they are linking us together and wanting my paperwork also even though i have never cashed out. i said ok and sent in my ID, selfie and proof of address,he did the same and also his credit card information, they sent an email approving his documents except proof of address,he sent in new proof of address with a joking comment which they did not like and retaliated by not approving his previously approved documents. then they wanted my credit card information and said if i do not send them in they will not pay him. and after many back and forth emails they said it is his responsibility to make me send my card info in or he does not get paid. when i asked how far do you want him to go like commit assault or any means necessary they said its in their terms. i told them to close my account and they still want my card info or they wont pay him because its in their terms.so after a couple of days of back and forth emails i sent my card info in to show i am not hiding anything even though i do not have an account with them anymore. then they want a new proof of address because it was folded.they also sent my personnal information in an email to him violating my privacy. they also did the same to my wife even though we all three have seperate accounts.we notified them of this six months ago and they said thats fine as long as we can proof identity, which we did including verification phone calls. retaliation, blackmail, threats and violating private information is what they did just to get me to send in my card info for someone elses cashout. between the three of us we had well over 50 deposits and only one cashout and this is how they treated us.a casino that uses not paying there gambling debt for leverage is untrustworthy.he still has not gotten paid even after i sent in my card info.just thought i should share that.

This is an updated review on Slots Ninja Casino for me. When I made my first deposit a few months ago I received an email I was going to receive special bonuses soon. That never came so I was disappointed. Lately though they have been stepping up their game and I've been receiving non deposit bonuses in my email.
