Customer service/account verification need to realize what it takes to retain happy loyal customers. A prompt response for starters. Took awhile to get anything done. I got a no deposit offer from this casino not too long ago. It was a pretty decent amount of fifty dollars, which was fun to play with I had trouble finding the terms and conditions for a cash out from the no bonus.
