They entered the dutch market a while ago, i must say its a good site, but really dont like there bonuses, u have too wager ur deposit to unlock spins or cash bonuses, i really hope they can change it, payouts are very fast within a minute also during weekends, i do miss some game providers but i guess they will add more in the furute overall its a good site but won't take there bonuses.

I have a mixed opinion about this casino! They have great bonuses with low wagering requirements, but it happens that the bonus doesnt appear when you claim and deposit. The customer service is very slow and didn’t help. Had to write an email, had an answer a week later. But! They apologized and compensated with a cash bonus wich I really appreciated. The app doesnt have all the games as in the website but still a large selection! Also feels very safe when u deposit and withdraw!
I like LeoVegas quite a bit. However, I do find that their deposit bonuses and quite high. For example, usually the bonuses I have seen require a $30 deposit. I am usually wanting to deposit $20. The game loading screens are great which is where i find them different then other casinos. They are fast. The other thing regarding bonuses are that finding the bonus, then activating it, that screen should have a "play now" button

Terrible experience, played there for a couple of years, was quite a high VIP level, I wrote a well thought out email to support giving some negative but constructive feedback about the so called "VIP" system and got really badly written 1 line reply to which I replied bluntly expressing my disappointment in the way I was treated given how much money I had spent there which obviously offended the support person. I had made a passing reference in my original email about how it must be nice to not have to worry about retaining customers since there are so many degenerates that will keep filling their pockets and because of that comment the support person said they were "concerned" I had a problem and closed my account, I was speechless but just moved on to another casino

The customer service is very good and the comps for play are also regular and better than average for depositing customers. Cashouts are pretty fast and I think faster when using wallets like skrill. I cannot say for sure because skrill for some computer glitch reason does not function on my account at Leo Vegas, but I believe they might offer instant withdrawals through skrill.
