Marking a pivotal advancement in its Asia-Pacific strategy, Evolution has officially launched its first live casino studio in Asia. Situated in Cebu, Philippines, the new facility represents a landmark entry into the country’s regulated iGaming landscape—making the Philippines the first jurisdiction in Asia to license online casino gaming.
Developed in close partnership with One Visaya Gaming Corporation (OVG), the new studio operates in strict accordance with the Philippines Amusement and Gaming Corporation’s (PAGCOR) regulatory framework. OVG’s established presence in the local gaming industry ensures that the partnership aligns with regulatory expectations while offering premium live gaming experiences to licensed operators in the Philippines.
Initially, the studio will feature a suite of live Baccarat tables, catering to a market where the game is especially popular. Later in the year, Evolution plans to introduce additional offerings such as Lightning Roulette, a range of game shows, and unique titles like Marble Race and the Super Color Game—an innovative release specifically tailored to Filipino players.
