Crystal Cruises has entered into a partnership with Playtech to implement its cutting-edge Casino Management Software (CMS) across its fleet, marking a significant step in elevating the onboard gaming experience for guests. This collaboration will see Playtech’s subsidiary, IGS, bringing its industry-leading Neon CMS solution to Crystal’s two ships, Crystal Serenity and Crystal Symphony, with future installations planned for additional vessels.
Playtech’s Neon CMS is widely recognized for its comprehensive suite of features that cater to all operational facets of a land-based casino. From customer registration and gaming floor oversight to ensuring regulatory compliance with AML and KYC requirements, the system is designed to optimize casino operations. The platform also boasts an extensive marketing suite aimed at enhancing table and slot bonusing, thereby improving player engagement.
Crystal’s partnership with Playtech will introduce these capabilities at sea, providing passengers with seamless access to their on-ship wallets at the gaming tables or via cash desks. The integration of Neon Floor Fabric slot systems, alongside the first global installation of the latest Neon Tables Manager, underscores Playtech’s commitment to innovation and operational excellence.
