The support team here is fantastic—quick and helpful. However, the site can feel a bit cluttered, with too many promotions bombarding you at once. A cleaner design would improve the experience.
Definitely one of the first crypto casinos that I ever played at. The bonuses were great before they changed to their not rewarding loyalty program. The support staff are not friendly and verification can take quite long. Overall the software providers and the withdrawal timeframes are good but based on my experience the level of service has declined over the years.

This is what makes them awesome: extensive games, good payouts, endless promotions. I play here daily almost and I enjoy myself quite a bit. They also do deposits and withdrawals faster than any other place I have played and at decent amounts. What really impressed me, was something that happened recently. There was an error on their end, which kept me from having my points calculated correctly for a timed promotion. We are talking a lot of wagers I made in a short period of time at low amounts to gain points. When I pointed it out to them, they directly handled it, went through the entire length of the wagers and appropriately fixed the problem in a very short amount of time. There was no attempt to discourage me, no attempt to avoid it. Just easily the best customer service I have ever received during a casino event where the casino had sole discretion and responsibility. I really cannot recommend them enough. For the record, I didn't get any special extras for the error, I am really just this happy about their service because their customer service acted like a business and did their job. I don't know what it is about this casino but for some reason something rubs me the wrong way about them. The games are all decent (minimum bet for most is a little high in my opinion) but in depositing over 50 mBTC I never once hit a bonus of any kind... I never really had a win at all. It was like the twilight zone... I was new back then and did not understand how bitcoin really worked and had not activated the deposit bonus before depositing and they would not authorize after. I think this is a good bitcoin casino, i played there one time and had good experience. I think LCB had a no deposit bonus for that casino or it was a shop item like 20 mbtc or something 1 or 2 years ago that was, in that time i got the exclusive LCB bonus and wagered it and requested a cashout of 60 mbtc to my bitcoin adress, i was surprised that i got it in 20 minutes, so pretty fast. Been a member for a while there and I must say that I like this casino although mostly playing at their sportsbook.
