Like most i played thru the newbie bonus really fast. Every spin was a no win pretty much. The ones i hit on were for just pennies.
I never have had any issues with receiving my winnings here. My main complaint is that there are no promotions set in place nor have I received any kind of bonuses from here. I like the game selection and customer service has always been kind to me.

Flashy, pretty, well designed site. That’s pretty much all the attraction I have for this site, though I really wanted to like it more. Minimum withdrawal is just too high. Given how long withdrawal times can be, I really cant see myself playing here considering how many other options out there are starting to provide nearly “instant” crypto withdrawals. I figured I'd try to get the cash back they promise on Mondays If you have deposited throughout the week without using a bonus which I had. I was informed that I have to deposit to receive my $4 cashback on top of the deposits I made earlier in the week with no bonuses! nuff said.....shade alert... just greedy!

This casino was a lesson in frustration. I registered my account and tried to redeem the 50 free spins that I was supposed to have gotten for registration. I was unable to get any spins and was not able to figure out how because I couldn't verify my phone number because it would not send me the code to verify no matter how many times I put my number into the space for my number. I could not get ahold of a customer service person and finally just gave up after several failed attempts. I never even got to play a single spin here yet get many many emails from here. Apparently that aspect of my registration worked just fine. All in all with all of the options out there to play there are many who don't have system glitches and no support when it does to play at. I just got done playing this casino. I did not like that rock climber game, i dont know there was just something about it that reminded me of the old game the Oregon trail. Game selection is good and that about where it stops with this casino. I made 3 deposits in one week $200, $100, and $60. They advertise 5% cash back for the week but its completely false advertising. I see that $18 shows up as pending on my account but its not available. I find out that to use the "cashback" you have to make a deposit equal to the cashback amount and then playthrough it 10x . Then Im informed that I cant even use it because the min amount of cashback you can utilize is $30 and it doesnt carry over from week to week. So to even use the measly %5 cashback you have to depsoit $600 per week minimum then deposit an additional $30 to get it and then a 10x playthrough. I would argue that this isnt cashback its more like a 100% match bonus w a low playthrough but with a very low match threshold. It was rather insulting to try and use my $18 and told Im not qualified to use it...
