Once realizing my mistake I took a screen shot of my balance...then closed the site and drank until i forgot about it. Fast forward 5 years. I am going through an old phone and come across the pic of the 11k balance on BetOnline (luckily from the cashier page which also showed my acccount number). I decide to try to log in an my account is frozen. I talk to live support and they make me send in my ID and all that jazz. after i do an am waiting to hear back I ask support rep what the balance is on the account and am told 10k and change. Long story short after some back and fourth i am told the account was closed due to multi accounting (false) I fight them on that and they change it to me owing them 600 from bad deposits (impossible as back then the limit was 100 for echeck deposits per week) I fight them on that as well but they don't budge and say i gotta pay 600 and they will unlock account and i can cash out the balance. I don't trust them and assume they just want me to pay 600 and then will say the balance is voided as it was won with a "bad deposit" (because that is WHAT THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE lol). I end up offering the higher up security rep i eventually got connected to $1000 if he will allow the 600 to be taken from my balance (I literally told him i will send him 1k if he can help get this 10k cashed out to me). I shit you not HE AGREES (he emails me from a personal email account and agrees to my offer). Within 10 minutes I get another email from him-from his work email-telling me I can log in to request cash out lol. I log in, request 10k btc cashout and receive it 10 mins later. I then buy 2 $500 digital gift cards that the guy had requested me to pay him with, and send him his 1k. Been degening online for about 25 years and this was the single most strange/awesome thing that has happened to me lol
