My response……chat was closed. And was once again banned from all casinos related to Las Vegas USA with no answers. I feel that is a shady thing to do. Obviously there security dept have no standard procedures and no communication. I’m still trying to figure out why one day I was told everything was fixed. Requested withdrawal of $1000 on July 12th 2020 – Support denied the withdrawal as when they deducted the extra winnings from my account once I hit play through they didn’t deduct the $125 bonus amount at the same time. Then they re-requested for the $875 right then and their. I was like, ok I can live with that since their site says bitcoin withdrawals are in most cases processed within 48 hours. Three days later I hit up withdrawal support and they said I needed to do verification paperwork and send it in with the usual copy of ID and current bill. Did that and asked when the payout would be ready – agent said it would be on their next 3rd party payers batch. So it went from 48 hours to now five days waiting. SO..I hit up support again and they said next batch but they didn’t know when that batch would run. This went on for three more weeks – after repeated chat sessions I was getting really sick and tired of the same excuses.. next batch – they will NOT tell you anything – I got my payment on August 10th and never went back. A month waiting for winnings where you cannot use another bonus and can’t deposit without risking your winnings is a total deal breaker. The reps were nice but it did not make it worth the wait at all. Going through the exact same BS with one of their sister casinos right now – Lucky Hippo – had I known they were both run by the same corporate I would not have opened my account at lucky hippo.

They need phone lines for their customer service. I just left playing a group of casinos after three years of dedicated playing, the 24hour phone for customer service makes a huge difference. I have played at LV USA and all the Main Street Vegas Casinos. Like most, because I’m American. I have had a few good runs in their casinos. The bonuses are pretty good but wagering requirements are high. One positive thing is you are allowed to play most games with although they will count only as 25 – 50 cents per dollar wagered. Their Customer Service is pretty good. My main complaint is that all withdrawals sit in pending status for about two weeks before processing. And worse, there is a maximum weekly withdrawal of $1000, LCB Site review says maximum withdrawal is $5000 weekly but this is incorrect. If you happen to hit big, you better have enough discipline and will power to leave it in pending and reversable status for many weeks before receiving full payment at $1000 per week and you won’t see the first payment for about two full weeks. I think LCB needs to correct this information on the site reviews for this group as it it crucial information.

A few years ago they had a fairly long wait to get your withdrawal and the only way to get that withdrawal was by check. Now I am told that the withdrawal process has improved but still just by check or direct deposit to your bank.
