ok I won a lot I was diamond VIP so they gave me a lot of deposits bonuses , as per gold member and diamond members so at the cashier I had very much reversal and deposits bonus !!

I played and as I said here I won a lot , 6600 euros since a month , used bonuses and reversal and they never said nothing !! they paid regulary , but the last winning of 1860 has been paid with late

so yesteday I deposited without bonuses because they all removed all , I won a lot it is normal I said nothing !! I deposited a little 25 euros and won 700 euros !!

I got the email for my winning , so all was ok

but today , I get another email saying im a bonus abuse , and they closed my account and void my winning !!

I m not ok because they let me deposit and play and when I won again they said im a bonus abuse , the winning of the 700 euros were played without bonus !!

Because I too earn 100 euros with the finished wager and I would be interested to know because after reading your comment I have doubts about the payment of winnings.
I was never told about 5 days of delay personally I was rather signified that the withdrawal was done quickly less than 1 hour in bitcoin. what the agent told me in the chat.
I confirmed my account a few hours ago by sending all the documents but I hesitate to deposit the 25 euros required to recover the 100 euros to win.
for documents I was answered in less than 30 minutes but when I asked them if everything was ok for my winnings of 100 euros that I had to deposit 25 is therefore withdrawing 125 I remain unanswered.
