I’ve been playing at Grand Rush for over a year now and I have made NUMEROUS deposits during that time. I have only cashed out TWICE, and the total amount of all my withdrawals was approx. $2300. Today I made a straight $50 deposit, but I didn’t win. I wanted to make another deposit, but I wanted to use a deposit match bonus so that hopefully my money would stretch a little farther this time. I’ve used numerous match bonuses in the past, but I didn’t see any posted on their site, so I asked a rep via chat if they had any bonuses I could use, and this is how that went:

Whaaaaat? I KNOW I have deposited A LOT more than I have withdrawn.

At that point I ended the chat, and then I went to my account history and did the math myself. Sure enough, I had 48 deposits and only 2 withdrawals, and my total deposits were 3 times more than my $2300 in withdrawals. I went back to live chat and got the same rep, thank goodness. I told him that I added everything up and that I was right about my withdrawals being less than my total deposits. So, he then he checks with his supervisor and suddenly now I’m “entitled” to a “one time” deposit match bonus for 200%, but after that I would have to made straight deposits only, and MAYBE I will start getting bonuses again. WTF, right? So, I took the deal and lost, of course, unfortunately.

There are SO many other online casinos out there that have A LOT more to offer players like me who are loyal and deposit regularly. I like Rival games, but Grand Rush isn’t the only casino that has them, so I will be playing elsewhere after this b.s. nonsense.
