Great layout and design, good variaton of games. Very cool to get a spin on the big wheel everytime you level up, good deposit offer and nice promotions. Rizk Casino started out as one of my favourite casinos very fast, I thought the game selection was one of the best, the leveling system put into place with the Wheel Of Rizk was absolutely amazing, and I always target customer support as a huge reason for any review I ever write, in which I though that theirs was great, and I still do I may add. But lately my opinions on these guys have plummeted, me being from Canada limits me from playing to of the better brands they provide, which also limits the free spin rewards to Spinions or The Lab, both of which have grown awfully stale in my books, one can only play those games for so long before the novelty runs dry, and elseems like every casino that has replaced netent spins for restricted countries have turned to Spinions and that game alone. The wheel of Rizk I have come to dislike in a major way, I’m up to level 43 and with 2 spins on the Wheel Of Rizk each time I’ve levelled up your think a player should win more then only 5 free spins every time. I would bet my life that out of all those chances, probably 95-99% of my wins were 5 free spins, on Spinions or The Lab, and with only 5 spins, you almost always come out with virtually nothing. On top of all this, each day of the xmas promo their running is awarded so many spins, on your next level up lol are you kidding me, so now I have to deposit even more, for an xmas bonus and for yet another crappy spin on the Rizk wheel . I only rated them above 3 because they had good things going for them and I believe they can turn things around still.

Can’t believe Rizk and Guts are related, nothing in common at all. I have played here alot but find it impossible to win anything. A literal reverse ATM here and when pointing out to the customer service staff the probability of not registering a win more than 100 times in a row on slots like neon stax ect. as phenomenal I was told I was having a losing streak and to keep trying. I have also spun the Rizk wheel more than 20 times and never got more than 10 free spins on lights and other low pay out slots. Haven’t played here since and suggest you give it a miss 🙁

Rizk being a sister of Guts is of course a huge plus. I sometimes experienced login issues (too long, or required to try again). The wheel has been kind to me, lots of free spins and freebies. Their game selection is, however, not (yet) as extensive as at Guts. The site is nice to look at but not as easy to navigate IMO.
