I deposited a few times in this casino but I never won anything so I don’t know how long it takes to pay. And I was told I have to send one document (some specific document) in separate new email, and others in same email which is “answer” to the received support email, not new created email. This continued couple of times, I did what they asked and then I gave up, as I only got emails “Documents are not accepted” so I didn’t bother anymore.
