I have been a customer at yabby for well over a year. I’ve never had issues with them until this last week. I finally won a jackpot on fortunate Buddha for $9000. I logged back in the next day only to find that my VIP status was completely wiped (for the first time ever in over a year), that I could not redeem comp points, and that I had reached my maximum 4k withdrawal limit weekly.

I reached out again to support as well as the casino manager about how they are mistreating loyal players. The “pit boss” was arrogant and gave me the run around. I proceeded to wager over $40k the next 72 hours, according to their own terms and conditions I earned roughly $2000 in comp points, however I find out that the manager revoked my ability to redeem comp points. I reached out to manager and this is the reply (email)

They are great for small payouts. I literally feel robbed. I’ve gambled hundreds of thousands of dollars at Yabby and when I finally won a jackpot they swept the rug out from underneath me. Wish I could add screenshots and pictures of all the interactions with staff. Deplorable business practices

So I made my first deposit at Yabby Casino couple of days ago. I made bitcoin deposit. I didnt take deposit bonus so was playing with clean deposit. I managed to win quite quickly and wanted to make a withdrawal to my bitcoin account. But here was unpleasant surprise in the cashier. System didnt let me even to ask for withdrawal. I was confused why so contacted live support. Agent told me that my account requires verification. I told him that I made bitcoin deposit so it is not necessary . He apologized me and told me that those are casino rules. I mentioned him words from their casino terms about bitcoin depositors and after he told me that this is decision by casino, that I need to verify my account. He was polite with me however I didnt feel well that I need to verify when other people dont need. So I sent documents, however same evening I made wrong decision to play again and lost everything.
After that I ordered LCB bonus from the shop and it was credited next day.
In conclusion everything is fine with casino just I didnt like that moment with verification. Its taking long time and I made bitcoin deposit just to avoid verification and to cash out fast in case I win. And look what happened…

I’m not to sure about yabby yet I’ve had friends deposit and withdraw there but my problem I have with them is they don’t allow you to do a kyc before you deposit so you don’t know if they’ll try playing the whole you have two accounts (supposedly) okey doke on you which is known to happy with brother and sister sites, I’m super sketched about not being able to complete a kyc before I deposit it makes it a one way trust street and I’m not all in on those I’ve been burnt by companies that offered these slots in the past.

Up and until yesterday I my only real not-so-positve thing I to say would be that a few of the games I like offered at both sister sites isn’t available here everything else remains pretty standard as per the BEY Brand.

I’ll start by saying this, I HATE having to change my ratings on casinos I once thought highly of. I’ll be changing my rating at this and it’s sister sites brango and extreme. All three have turned into places I don’t fully trust. It started with the overhaul of the VIP programs( have been “SUPERPLATINUM”at brango and extreme and “HALL OF FAME” at yabby for quite some time. Yabby had a pretty decent cashback theme going ( weekly, monthly). Now they’ve adopted extreme and brangos new cashback scheme, which is in my opinion garbage. The lack of communication to their players about changing terms and loyalty rewards went from questionable to possibly/probably being perceived as shady. Last week I went to claim my weekly depositor free spins. It’s been 150 spins with $200 max cashout due to the “hall of fame” vip level. Last week I was credited with spins that only had $100 MCO. I was irritated but didn’t say anything, chalked it up to their ever changing rewards scheme. This week they tried to give me the same $100 MCO weekend spins. This time I said something and was told by support agent it was “his mistake ” and he credited me with the normal $200 MCO spins. This made my eyebrows raise. I understand a mistake here and there but trying to under cut my weekly spins rewards 2 weeks in a row? Not likely a mistake. I asked for the email for the pitboss, citing the constant change in terms without any notice and players starting to question where we stood, but was only provided the standard support@blahbkahblah. I’d like to post the transcript but I think that’s not allowed on review forums here. All I’m saying is this. If something feels off here, speak up. Yabby straight up cheated me out of a legitimate bonus. The promo was daily free spins on St Paddy’s Forest – I have previously won and got paid on March 25, then on March 29 2022, I was able to successfully meet the wagering requirements, which are really high. Once I successfully completed the required playthrough to cash out bonus max of up to $75, which my balance was at $69.02 at 10:28pm at which time I requested a withdrawal for my win, and have already made a successful required deposit in between bonus payout requests YET they so unethically denied me payout for $69.02 stating I violated terms. The terms were to have a deposit between withdrawals , if you got lucky enough to even get to win the bonus, and I did. I made a deposit before requesting second payout 4 days apart from first successful win, thus satisfying this requirement. yet Yabby is breaking their own T&C’s stating that the deposit had to have been made before accepting the coupon for free spins bonus with multiple withdrawals allowed, however, nowhere was this ever listed as a requirement under bonus T&C’s. They don’t play fair. I have screenshots too

Well, it’s an RTG casino, so there’s not much about the games and format that stand out. I had to email the support to verify my email, and to ask them manually add the bonus as it was not instantly credited. Support was very fast, to verify my email it took under 5 minutes and live chat added the uncredited bonus as well.
