i would give this place a better rating if their crypto deposits weren’t hit but some crazy fees which when asked about, responded “that there are some fees taken by our intermediate channels” i sent a deposit of $101.74( that is the final amount received into their crypto wallet, verified on the blockchain) and they wanted to only credit me $94.66 i had to get on chat support and show proof of all this and then still had issues getting the promo i wanted applied correctly with the correct rollover requirements. they say they will fix the fee issues if you reach out but that shouldn’t be necessary in the 1st place when there is no mention of fees for depositing anywhere. all in all it took about 30 minutes of back n forth to get it settled.. they want me to send more to cover fees next time but that is just asinine when i can deposit just about anywhere else and not have huge chunks of my deposits taken for fees to some mysterious “intermediate channel”and then have customer service make me feel like they did something special for me by just allowing me to play on the money i know damn well they received and are skimming from deposits. there is no mention of fees for depositing anywhere so that seems really unsettling

Casino was just okay for me. They also send me multiple emails on a daily basis and it’s getting somewhat annoying. I’d like the Bitcoin element and chose to create my account in the US dollar token format so everything shows up as US dollar currency instead of trying to do the conversion for Bitcoin to US currency in my head because I can’t. I have sent the Verifacation docs in two times over the last couple weeks but have not heard back from their support team!!! So this last time I sent them in I told them to either verify the doc s or CLOSE the account!!! (Very horrid Support)!!!

I do like the effort these guys have made in terms of a theme and web layout. It does make it feel a bit more immersive than other online casinos. Got thru the $2500 playthrough on the $50 NDB, and now Shazam staff are giving me BS about a $25 verif deposit with 1X playthrough…that you don’t get to keep any possible profits from!! Max withdrawal of $125 if you make $25 verif depo…
And you can’t even make a withdrawal request without filling out a credit card form that is totally irrelevant here…
And after the playthru of the deposit, you still gotta give then all the KYC documents and wait 4-5 business days…
