I asked for the reopening my account, my account was reopened

Bad Bad Bad Casino group, they hide behind the fact they have land based casinos. This day and age withdraws are important for fast processing times, and i can tell you that withdraw times in this casino are not fine, they are very very bad and unacceptable for this day and age. when you can easily play at many other casinos that have far better slot selections too than grosvenor casino have. probably one of the biggest land based casinos in the United Kingdom and there online site matches up to there high standards.
