This might sound like a paid review since it’s so positive (but it is not). I wanted to get my withdrawal before writing a review so I could give an accurate timeframe and my overall opinion. To those of you on the fence, this Casino & its sister-sites are 100% legit. On July 11th I deposited & won; when I went to withdraw, I immediately received a confirmation email w/instructions on how to verify my account, and setup a time for a verification call (2:30pm). I gathered my documents (license front & back & a utility bill w/current address) and sent at 10:45am. By 10:58am they had replied (I needed to make an adjustment on how the document was provided) and resent, & within moments received a reply saying account should be verified within 2-3 days. At 2:33pm I received a call from them as promised to complete the verification and by July 13th my account was fully verified. On July 15th I received my payment, a mere 3 days after verifying. Also note, their chat replies are under a min (which is mind-boggling to me). I am truly amazed at how much better this casino is to others I have played. I actually trust this casino and its sisters, which for me goes a long way.

Do yourself a favor; follow their terms (i.e., don’t redeem multiple promos or bonuses without a deposit in between), avoid casinos with no license (learned that lesson the hard-way), and give CasinoMax a shot.

If you play at more than one of these casinos and you have more than one withdrawal from even more than one casino. Say if you have a withdrawal pending at Casino Max and Spinfinity they will delay your withdrawal at one of them. They will pick and choose which one they would like to give you first too. I had 3 withdrawals pending at once. I had one at Spinfinity for 600 first, one at Casino Max for 4000 second, and another at Slotsroom for 80 third. They chose to pay me the 600 and the 80 first and skipped the 4000. I inquired about this and they told me that they only allow one withdrawal per week as it states on their terms and conditions but they verbally added in another rule which was one withdrawal per week for ALL casinos. So they basically told me that this rule applies not just to that casino but all fo them combined. So just beware. I complained about this numerous times and they refuse to budge or give me a logical explanation of why they pick and choose which one gets to go out before another won after. I just thought they were better than this but I guess not. So players beware!!!

This is my personal opinion sure, but I’m not new to online gambling. I’m 53 years old and pretty sure about what I’m saying, so to each his/hers own… I”m just saying to look out for us. I suggest dont learn it the hard way. Stay away from this casino, they are wrong, so sad.

If you want honest and fair deposit bonuses then you are not at the right place. I always tell people to read the terms of any bonuses before using it and here is a very good example of why. When i played there i ignored my own tip and didn’t read all the terms as i was being told they were the best and most honest RTG casino around so i trusted it. So what i did is deposit with the welcome bonus and lost. Then i played again with bonus and lost. Then oops i won! I was so happy to cash out and i did. Then i had to wait, wait, wait oh yeah cashing out wasn’t a quick thing. And finally i got paid, but hey a lot of money is missing!

And that’s when i learned about the catch with their bonus offers. Oh my i so should’ve read the terms! So what they do is offer you big deposit bonuses, but all your bonus money is phantom (meaning you cannot cash out bonus funds even if you wagerd it). And the real shady terrible thing is all your phantom bonus funds are link to your account and future deposits. What it means is if you deposit 50 and get 150$ bonus money and lose, then deposit again 50$ and get 100$ bonus money and lose it means you have 250$ bonus funds linked to your account.

So if you go back and deposit 100$ without any bonus and win 500$ and cash out what they do is remove the 250$ phantom bonus money you lose in your previous deposits and pay you only 250$. Let’s face it, if anyone knew they had 250$ ok locked bonus funds to their account from previous losses, would anyone not crazy in the head deposit on a casino where you know they will take back all your previous bonus funds lost? NO. That’s when their group started going down. So for the gambling community they went from the top honest RTG to.. another RTG casino that find ways to scam players.

But they are not liars, i mean all this is written in their terms from the start so i did not complain or try to fight them for my money, i just knew it was my fault for not reading and i took the hit but let’s be honest, they should make sure people are aware about the bonus money thing. They should write it in a way that a new player just can’t miss it. Instead it’s written far far away in the depths or the terms of service and it’s on purpose trust me. So this RTG casino like Cherry Jackpot and Roaring 21 if you want to play with them, just do without a bonus. Then you will have a good customer service, reliable cashouts and no bad experience.

The problem tho is that RTG slots are bad from the start and usually people play them because of the unusual big bonuses. Playing RTG with raw deposits is just not worth it.
