Yesterday, after posting my review I realized I could reach out to their support. So I do that, only to be told to reset it again and to be patient. The customer service was rude but ok, I can deal with that. Go change my password and set my password 11 digits long and the system accepts it. Well, it’s been 14 hours since I sent the email and I haven’t received any response aside from a confirmation email that my email was received by the department.
But John did suggest I wait on making the required deposit until the banking department verified my documentation.. that in itself was pretty cool of him to do and it kinda gives me a good impression because he doesn’t sound like he’s just trying to get me to make a deposit.
