Yesterday, after posting my review I realized I could reach out to their support. So I do that, only to be told to reset it again and to be patient. The customer service was rude but ok, I can deal with that. Go change my password and set my password 11 digits long and the system accepts it. Then go to login, and yet again its saying incorrect password. Then I realize that it’s only allowing me up to 10 digits, even tho the system set it with 11 digits. I tell the CS rep and he then tells me, in not so many words, that I somehow was doing something wrong blah blah blah. I’m still waiting to be verified here, so can’t comment on payouts, etc. But have with Extreme, so I feel like they’ll be just as easy to get my money once I’m verified. Well, it’s been 14 hours since I sent the email and I haven’t received any response aside from a confirmation email that my email was received by the department.

But John did suggest I wait on making the required deposit until the banking department verified my documentation.. that in itself was pretty cool of him to do and it kinda gives me a good impression because he doesn’t sound like he’s just trying to get me to make a deposit.

either way… still waiting on the “banking” department to respond.
