Fast forward 5 years. I am going through an old phone and come across the pic of the 11k balance on BetOnline (luckily from the cashier page which also showed my acccount number). I decide to try to log in an my account is frozen. I talk to live support and they make me send in my ID and all that jazz. after i do an am waiting to hear back I ask support rep what the balance is on the account and am told 10k and change.

Long story short after some back and fourth i am told the account was closed due to multi accounting (false) I fight them on that and they change it to me owing them 600 from bad deposits (impossible as back then the limit was 100 for echeck deposits per week) I fight them on that as well but they don’t budge and say i gotta pay 600 and they will unlock account and i can cash out the balance.

I don’t trust them and assume they just want me to pay 600 and then will say the balance is voided as it was won with a “bad deposit” (because that is WHAT THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE lol). I end up offering the higher up security rep i eventually got connected to $1000 if he will allow the 600 to be taken from my balance (I literally told him i will send him 1k if he can help get this 10k cashed out to me).

I shit you not HE AGREES (he emails me from a personal email account and agrees to my offer). Within 10 minutes I get another email from him-from his work email-telling me I can log in to request cash out lol.

I log in, request 10k btc cashout and receive it 10 mins later. I then buy 2 $500 digital gift cards that the guy had requested me to pay him with, and send him his 1k.

Been degening online for about 25 years and this was the single most strange/awesome thing that has happened to me lol

Wow. Players be aware. They are telling me that just Bc their terms and conditions doesn’t state that their is a max cash out doesn’t mean it’s unlimited. I have cashed out from bonuses before at this site!! They are doing some shady stuff!! That’s the entire point of terms and conditions!!! If it’s not written there then sounds like they doing what ever the heck they want to do! Which just so happens means they took $2800 from what I am owed!!

Anyway , after this ridiculous Incorrect statement – they state it will take an undetermined & unspecified amount of time to send this to “escalations team�?to fix. All BS/ why is Does something so minor have to go to the high court of power that never works and keeps this pending ? Second, sending to an address a second time on other casino sites for same coin presents no problem – so clearly they’re devious or idiotic

I recently had a dealer at their live baccarat pull two jacks for the player, a 10 and 5 for the banker, then proceeded to pull the players card (an 8), scan it, and then set it back by the shoe, scoop up the cards, and then use it again as the players first card. Other players and myself were calling for a floor person, but the dealer just continued dealing, no idea if they could see our chat or not, no idea if this was deliberate or just some poor girl not wanting to lose her job after making a mistake, none the less, i immediately went to bet onlines support to let them know this was going on, and since i didn’t have video of it, they apparently weren’t perturbed at all. I’ve since run into some sketchy things at their live european roulette, and their non-live games? Dont touch those with a 10 foot stick. They’re a joke. Play somewhere better, read reviews, and good luck, wherever you place your bets
