Deposited here more than once

Never made a withdrawal.

They are not so generous in regards to bonuses and cash backs
instead they will argue with you when you point out what is actually written in the rules and regulations…
when I deposited I made use of the reload bonus whereas a percentage you get back after a loss which I never got but my profile makes mention of in the transaction history. I was given a long spiel on a whole lot of nothing in regards to what the bonus implies. I do not like dishonesty and I do not enjoy scams. And though this casino may have games that I enjoy it to me was not worth returning to with the headache of redeeming simple bonuses and to add to the petty nuisances I noticed how buggy the page and navigating this casino is/was. Too many technical errors that put a hamper on playing here at andromeda.

This casino was a lesson in frustration. I registered my account and tried to redeem the 50 free spins that I was supposed to have gotten for registration. I was unable to get any spins and was not able to figure out how because I couldn’t verify my phone number because it would not send me the code to verify no matter how many times I put my number into the space for my number. I just got done playing this casino. I did not like that rock climber game, i dont know there was just something about it that reminded me of the old game the Oregon trail. However, that 50 buffalo game got me up to around 70$ off 6$ that i won off rock climber. I did not have enough to cash out so i do not know how good it is to withdraw from them yet. Game selection is good and that about where it stops with this casino. I made 3 deposits in one week $200, $100, and $60. They advertise 5% cash back for the week but its completely false advertising. I see that $18 shows up as pending on my account but its not available. I find out that to use the “cashback” you have to make a deposit equal to the cashback amount and then playthrough it 10x . Then Im informed that I cant even use it because the min amount of cashback you can utilize is $30 and it doesnt carry over from week to week. So to even use the measly %5 cashback you have to depsoit $600 per week minimum then deposit an additional $30 to get it and then a 10x playthrough. I would argue that this isnt cashback its more like a 100% match bonus w a low playthrough but with a very low match threshold. It was rather insulting to try and use my $18 and told Im not qualified to use it…
