I like their website,easy to navigate,their welcome bonus is not so good as there is maxcashout which i dislike.Well thats the reason i rarely take any bonuses.

Deposited few times had nice playing there but didnt manage to withdraw and test their withdraw time frame.

First off after depositing the 2nd bonus of 200% I had $12,000 wager to complete which on and off took 3 days to finish. I finished with a balance of $2,326. Upon finishing the wager almost $2000 disappeared. I was worried and in shock. Live chat informed me max cashout from the bonus was $300. Now I did read the terms and I did not see this there. But to say I was very upset is an understatement.

My first reaction was this casino should be blacklisted for allowing players to deposit $150, wager $12,000 with a max bet of $7.50 to only be allowed to win $300. It seemed totally misleading. and wrong.

I voiced my extreme displeasure with the casino that they would have these types of terms.

After they reviewed the situation they allowed me to keep the entire amount. I think this decision was very fair and proper. The chat here is awesome too. I did find out they do have software in place to block the restricted games so thats another plus.

I see after our discussion they have changed the terms to max cashout of $500. While I still totally disagree with that…. as that amount is way too small for someone depositing $150 and having to wager $12,000 which is very hard to do, the absolute minimum should be $1000 max cashout and even then $1000 might be too low.

However, if that is how they want to run their casino, thats their choice. I will say from experience in the industry that term of a max win of $500 on their bonuses with deter many depositors.

I think the way this casino handled my situation and their willingness to make changes shows that this casino can be trusted and that they are a casino who listens to players. Also, they hired and trained their chat agents very well unlike some casinos.

LCB needs to add to the list of cons the max cashout amount of $500 because I can see many players being mad at LCB for not mentioning that. Especially if a player wins $20,000 and then gets only $500.
