Hello. I had a very bad experience trying log in to Rich Palms to play the $45 bonus. I was excited at first because I have played at this game center before and I like that they have some off the beaton path games you dont find everywhere. It started with the login. I had to reset my password and wasnt recieving the reset email so I had to go to the chat room and get help and after chasing my tail for half an hour and finally getting logged in the code I was using came up bad and of course back to the chat room where I am told I am not one of the chosen ones and dont fit the criteria for this bonus. They didnt respond when I asked them what criteria I didnt fit.
