In the past this casino was ok, but greed and lack of player appreciation has brought this casino down.

I contacted support wanting to know what is going on, and they tell me that I had activated a bonus that was 0.00015000 BTC more than I was supposed to receive which is virtually nothing. Instead of removing the excess funds from the bonus they took everything from my account. I felt cheated, and I was letting the live support help Chris know how I felt and asked if they were going to put any funds back into my account. They told me that somehow their website glitched and gave me all those bonuses and that I’m basically SOL. I asked why they didn’t just take the excess funds and they refused to give me a reply. Then I emailed Nick, the owner about the whole situation and still haven’t got a reply, ad this was 4 days ago.

They “limit” the maximum amount that a player can bet by sneakily putting it in the terms, and only enforcing that when someone beats the bonus and is trying to cash out. Conflicting ToS, to which they only enforce one of them. Very shady.
